If you do not agree with the content of the course you have purchased or that we have offered you, we will be happy to provide you with a refund under the following conditions:

• When purchasing a course from Galeano Studio, the product you are buying is a digital product, so refunds will only be accepted once you have completed or viewed 45% of it, qualifying you for a 100% refund of the course’s value.
• Similarly, if you have had access to the course subject to a refund for more than 7 days, the refund will not apply due to the time elapsed, and it will not be possible to refund the value of the course or recording you purchased.
• Additionally, if you purchased any product from our course offerings and are paying in installments, after 60 days of default, you will automatically lose access to all your courses.
• In any case, if you are in default with the company for any reason, you will lose access to all your courses.

When Purchasing Live Mass Events

If it is a conference or live event, if after two hours of participating in the event, either in person or virtually, you consider that it is not for you or does not meet your expectations, your money will be refunded without any questions asked.

Partial Refund

In this case, you must indicate that you want a partial refund of the course and state the reasons for your request. When a partial refund is processed, Galeano Studio can only issue a credit that the customer will have available to purchase other courses from our educational platform.

You should take into account that if you purchased with a credit card, the issuer of your card has a specific time to process transactions returned to them. Each bank has its own policies.
